Refund & Returns Policy

Original Artworks

All original artworks are unique, one-of-a-kind pieces. As such, they are exempt from the standard right of withdrawal under EU consumer law (Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU), which excludes goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.

All sales of original artworks are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@mariodearcos.com with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with you to find a fair solution.

Art Prints (Print on Demand)

All art prints are produced on demand specifically for each order by our print partner. As custom-made products, they are also exempt from the right of withdrawal under EU consumer law.

All print sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your print arrives damaged or with a production defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@mariodearcos.com with photos. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
